- To refresh the watch brand/identity
- To create a new e-commerce website that will increase traffic and generate more sales

- The brand is not currently widely known or recognised
- We do not have a rich history in watch-making unlike established brands
- We do not have the marketing budget of luxury watch brands
- The current website looks dated and has poor SEO functionality
- We do not have a range of relevant marketing materials to support any sales
- To sell a highly-priced item online that does not carry any brand recognition

- To create a luxury looking watch brand that competes with the worlds leading competitors
- To change the perception that we’re just appealing to the aviation sector
- To create an online e-commerce website experience that allows for growth
- To increased sales for people in the market for a new watch
